Resource by Supplier is a fantastic new feature allowing multiple suppliers against a specific resource.
The new feature allows you to be more easily select the correct resource – at the correct price – from your library, saving time, effort and money.

Example:
You might purchase the same type of pipe from multiple suppliers who all charge a different rate. It can become a big challenge to manage this data – particularly if you have thousands of materials from different suppliers – and more challenging to keep it all accurate when you don’t have a good system to handle all of this.
The Resource by Supplier feature solves this problem by allowing you to have a one to many relationship with your suppliers. For every resource in your library, you can nominate multiple suppliers with different rates.
There is also a rate filter within the resource library so you can see rates for different suppliers. You can also import rates quickly and easily.
For Benchmark Estimating users which make use of our regionalisation feature – we have enhanced this so if you have a material, you can nominate the suppliers per material and then the rate per region per supplier, adding an extra dimension.
In addition, if you change the project’s region, rates automatically update to the region and supplier with one click of a button.
