Benchmark Estimating offers clients a comprehensive support service through three channels – Telephone and Email support as well as our online customer support centre. All of these services are included for 12 months when you first purchase our estimating software, and are available after this time as part of our ongoing Maintenance and Support Agreement.

The new Benchmark Estimating Support Centre is an online support community that is available to customers under our Maintenance and Support Agreement.

A hard copy, full-colour user manual is provided to new clients as part of their purchase of Benchmark Estimating Software. This document, together with the electronic online help, will help you to get the most out of the system and ensure you have support available whenever you need it.
